Lee L. Knoll, CPA License

Lee L. Knoll, a Certified public accountant, has been in the accounting profession
for 46 years. For the last 26 years, he has been a partner and owner of a small
public accounting firm covering the general areas of auditing, tax services for
individuals and corporations, and accounting services for small businesses. Lee
is a graduate of Drake University, Des Moines, Iowa. For six years, he worked
on the staff of a national public accounting firm in Denver. During that time,
he was involved in various types of auditing and taxes for governmental, non-profit
organizations, private corporations, and public corporations. For twelve years
thereafter, Lee served as the chief financial officer of a large Denver non-profit
hospital.
He oversaw all financial activities of the hospital, including several
major building and remodeling projects that substantially increased
the size of the organization. He also supervised several operational
departments of the medical center. Currently his accounting practice
covers a variety of auditing for governmental, non-profit organizations
and corporations in different industries. Lee provides tax services
to many individuals and businesses. The accounting services performed
for clients include all phases of accounting, payroll, and tax
reporting
for small businesses. |

Lee Jr. graduated from Colorado State University in 1991
with a Bachelor of Science degree. He did postgraduate work
in Accounting at Metropolitan State College
of Denver, while working at Knoll & Company, P.C. He has been with the
firm since June 1992 becoming a full partner in January 2001. Lee Jr. became
a Certified
Public Accountant in the State of Colorado in September 1996. Lee Jr. provides
tax services to many individuals and businesses. He works extensively in the
areas of monthly financial statements, payroll processing and tax reporting
for small businesses. He also handles audits for a variety of businesses including
non-profit organizations and corporations in different industries. Lee Jr.
is
a Certified QuickBooks Advisor and assists clients in setting up their own
accounting computer system. Lee Jr. became a Certified College Planning Specialist
(CCPS)
in June of 2006. Lee Jr. is a member of the National Institute of Certified
College Planners. |
